Shipping Policy

Shipping:

We do not stock most of our items in our own warehouse. Items available for purchase are available to order from our suppliers and will ship directly from them to the end consumer. This does not include our Used, Open Box/Overstock items. These items are stocked in our warehouse. If you would like to check if an item is stocked in our warehouse, please email info@avli.ca for more details.

Estimated time of arrival may vary depending on the brand and availability of the item.

Certain items qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is exclusively available for orders shipping within Canada. This does not include rural or "out of bounds" shipping locations

We have a pickup option available at our warehouse location in Dundas, ON. We will notify you when you order is ready for pickup and will hold the order for 10 business days, after such time we will restock the items and cancel the order.

Any shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse in Dundas, ON at the customers expense.
